Cheap Printer Ink Cartridges – The choice is yours

If you run a business or use a printer in  your home  frequently , your ink cartridge costs can  cost a small fortune  . Fortunately , there are several ways you can  save money on your  ink cartridges. You can buy compatible ink cartridges, refill your existing cartridges, or look for ways to save on your oem brand ink.  Without to much hassle, you can save money on your ink cartridges  .

One of the  cheapest  ways to stop spending more than you can afford on printer ink is to stop purchasing oem brand ink. Compatible printer ink cartridges are available, and finding a generic cartridge that is compatible with your printer is  quite straightforward  . Remember to factor in shipping costs when you are comparing prices. A cheap printer cartridge that costs a small fortune to  deliver  might not save you much money in the long run. Make sure you know your exact printer model before you begin shopping. You do not want to waste money on a cartridge that is not compatible with your printer.

Another way of saving money is to consider refilling  your empty printer ink cartridges. Once your color or black cartridge is empty, take it to a  shop  that offers ink refilling services.  You can either wait in the store for them to refill it, or drop your printer ink cartridges off and return later to pick them up. Make sure that you only refill your cartridges at a store that guarantees that they will work.  A lot of shops  test the cartridge for you, and if it  doesn’t  work properly,  you will not be charged  .

Your final option  if you are worried about using compatible or refilled cartridges, is to keep buying oem brand  printer cartridges, but  try to  save money on them.  More & more supermarkets are now selling ink cartridges, and some good deals can be found, especially if you recycle  . If you buy a lot of ink, this might be a good program to participate in. Some  shops  offer discounts on ink to customers who return their empty printer ink cartridges back to the store. The store sends these empty containers to a recycling center. If you participate in one of these recycling programs, you could save a couple of  quid  and help keep old printer cartridges out of your community’s landfill.
